This page describes what data the devfried.com website, the Telegram bot @friedshopbot and the plugin license server collect, why, and how it's handled.

This is a translation. If the Russian and English versions differ, the Russian version prevails.

Data controller — Alexey, a self-employed developer in Russia (professional income tax payer). Contact — Telegram @friedfluoride. The controller's full details are provided on request.

1. Website

The website has no sign-up, no forms and no contact collection.

Visit statistics are only enabled if you allow them in the bar at the bottom of the page. Changed your mind? Clear this site's data in your browser and the bar will show up again.

Visit statistics are collected with Yandex Metrica. It uses cookies and collects visit data: which pages were opened, where visitors came from, device and browser type, approximate region by IP. Session Replay (Webvisor) is on — it records on-page actions: scrolling, clicks, mouse movement. This data is processed by Yandex under its policy.

To keep Metrica from collecting data, install Yandex's official opt-out add-on or block cookies in your browser.

2. The @friedshopbot bot and plugins

To issue, check and update plugin licenses, the following is processed:

  • Telegram ID — the license is tied to it;
  • device identifier — the plugin sends it when binding and checking the license;
  • payment records — which plugin was bought, the amount and date. Payment credentials are not stored;
  • referral data — who invited whom and the bonuses earned, if you take part in the referral program;
  • acceptance of the license agreement — when and which version was accepted.

Logins, passwords, keys and cookies you enter into plugin settings are stored on your device and are not sent here.

3. Technical logs

The license server keeps technical logs: IP address, time and request address. They're needed to protect against abuse and to find bugs, are kept for a limited time and are deleted automatically. The website doesn't keep a visit log.

4. Why and on what basis

The data in section 2 is needed to perform the license agreement: to issue the license, check it, deliver updates, help with setup, and keep track of payments and bonuses. Website statistics are collected only with your consent in the bar.

5. Where it's stored and who gets it

The data is stored on a server in Russia for as long as the license is valid, and after that no longer than needed to settle disputes and meet legal requirements.

The data is not sold. Only those without whom the services can't work have access to it: the hosting provider whose server stores it, and Telegram, which the bot runs on. Website statistics are processed by Yandex (section 1). The data is passed on to other third parties only where required by law.

6. Your rights

You can find out what data about you is stored, ask to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to website statistics (section 1). To do so, message @friedfluoride — you'll get a reply within 10 business days. If the license data is deleted, the license stops working. If you believe your data is processed in breach of the law, you may complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.

7. Changes

The current version is always published on this page; the update date is at the top.
