License agreement

Updated October 26, 2026

This agreement is a public offer. It sets out the terms on which you get the right to use paid plugins (modules) for the FunPay Universal and Playerok Universal bots.

This is a translation. If the Russian and English versions differ, the Russian version prevails.

1. Parties and terms

1.1. Licensor — Alexey, a self-employed developer in Russia (professional income tax payer), the author of the plugins. Contact — Telegram @friedfluoride.

1.2. User — a person who has bought a plugin license.

1.3. Plugin — a module for the FunPay Universal or Playerok Universal bot sold by the Licensor.

1.4. License — the right to use a specific plugin under this agreement.

1.5. Bot — the Telegram bot @friedshopbot, where the User manages licenses, downloads plugins and binds them to a device.

1.6. Binding — confirming the license in the bot, after which the plugin starts working on the User's device.

2. How the agreement is concluded

2.1. The agreement is concluded in a simplified way (Art. 1286(5) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation): the User accepts it by pressing «✅ Принимаю» (I accept) in the bot when binding the license for the first time. Nothing has to be signed.

2.2. Before binding, the User can read the agreement and, if they don't agree, cancel the purchase and get a full refund (clause 6.2).

2.3. The current version of the agreement is always published at devfried.com/license. The Licensor may change the agreement. Changes that make the User's position worse don't apply to licenses already bought — the version accepted by the User applies to them. The bot will tell the User about a new version once, at the next binding, and ask them to confirm they've read it.

3. What the User gets

3.1. A simple (non-exclusive) license for the plugin — for the entire term of the exclusive right to the plugin ("lifetime"), with no territorial limits. The plugin can be installed and run in the FunPay Universal or Playerok Universal bot to automate the User's own sales.

3.2. The license is tied to one Telegram account of the User and works on one device at a time. The User can move it to another device on their own by resetting the binding in «🔐 Мои лицензии» (My licenses) in the bot. The previous device then stops working with the plugin.

3.3. The license can be moved to another Telegram account only through the Licensor, on request at @friedfluoride.

3.4. The license price includes:

  • all plugin updates released by the Licensor;
  • help with installing and setting up the plugin on Telegram.

3.5. The exclusive right to the plugin stays with the Licensor. The plugin's source code is not provided to the User.

4. How the license works

4.1. The plugin checks the license through the Licensor's server, so an internet connection is required to start the plugin.

4.2. Plugin updates are installed automatically. Only the current version can be downloaded.

4.3. The plugin only works inside the FunPay Universal or Playerok Universal bot. System requirements are listed in the plugin guide on devfried.com.

4.4. To check the license, the plugin sends only the license number, the device identifier and the binding token to the Licensor's server. Logins, passwords, keys and cookies the User enters into the plugin settings are stored on the User's device and are not sent to the Licensor.

5. What is not allowed

5.1. The User may not:

  • sell, transfer, rent out or otherwise distribute the plugin, its archive or access to it;
  • bypass, break or spoof the license binding and check;
  • modify, decompile or deobfuscate the plugin, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • use the plugin to break the law.

5.2. If the User violates clause 5.1, the Licensor may revoke the license without a refund.

6. Payment and refunds

6.1. The license is paid for once. The price is shown in the bot and in the plugin guide.

6.2. Within 14 days of purchase, if the license has never been bound, the User may cancel the purchase and get a full refund.

6.3. After binding, a refund is only possible if the plugin doesn't work through the Licensor's fault and the Licensor hasn't fixed it within 14 days of the User reporting the problem with a description.

6.4. The following are not grounds for a refund:

  • changes on the side of marketplaces and third-party services (clause 7.1);
  • blocking or restriction of the User's accounts (clause 7.2);
  • the absence of features not listed in the plugin description;
  • revocation of the license for violating clause 5.1.

7. Liability

7.1. The plugins work with third-party marketplaces and services — FunPay, Playerok, Telegram, Steam, Roblox, Fragment and others. The Licensor doesn't control them. If a marketplace or service changes something and the plugin stops working, the Licensor fixes it within a reasonable time but can't guarantee that third-party platforms keep working. No refunds are made for this reason.

7.2. The User is responsible for following the rules of the marketplaces and services they use through the plugin. The Licensor is not liable for the blocking, restriction or loss of the User's accounts, money or goods on marketplaces and services.

7.3. The User sets up the plugin and is responsible for their own settings: prices, markups, message texts, limits.

7.4. The Licensor is not liable for the User's lost profits or indirect losses. The Licensor's liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

7.5. The limitations of liability in this section apply to the extent permitted by law and don't apply to intentional breach of obligations.

7.6. If the User is a consumer, this agreement doesn't limit their rights under consumer protection law.

8. Personal data

To issue and check licenses, the Licensor processes the User's Telegram ID, device identifier and payment records. See the privacy policy for details.

9. Term

9.1. The agreement is valid as long as the license is (clause 3.1).

9.2. The license ends if the Licensor revokes it for a violation of clause 5.1, or if the User gives it up.

9.3. For licenses bought before this agreement was published, it takes effect when the User accepts it at the next binding.

10. Disputes

10.1. Questions and claims — on Telegram at @friedfluoride. The Licensor responds to a claim within 10 days.

10.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled in court under the laws of the Russian Federation.

11. Contacts

Licensor — Alexey, self-employed. Telegram @friedfluoride, website devfried.com.
